Career Discussion GroupsAs an alternative to individual meetings, career discussion groups provide an informal structure to help employees manage their development. These small groups (6-8 employees) are set up on as-needed basis reflecting participant interests. Group members commit to a regular meeting schedule over a set duration after which the group is concluded. There are two types of groups:
