Caregiver Support Group: Caring for an Aging Family Member

The caregiving journey comes with many unique challenges and can be overwhelming to navigate alone. Join our caregiver support group to connect with, and learn from, others in the MIT Community, who are facing similar situations. Groups are facilitated by a Licensed Clinician with over 20 years of experience in the field of senior care, and are open to anyone who has cared, or is caring, for an aging family member—including family members with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia. Groups offer a safe place to share thoughts, feelings and experiences related to caregiving, as well as tactical guidance, helpful resources and effective coping strategies.
