Download a copy of this important document, prepared by the HR Job Flexibility Team in collaboration with the Council on Family and Work, to provide both supervisees and supervisors with an overview of flexible work arrangements, types of arrangements, and steps in evaluating and negotiating arrangements. Attend "Management Principles for Peak Performance," offered several times during the year. Three interrelated course sessions include one on "Managing Job Flexibility."

Request materials or an appointment to talk about options for child care or school arrangements that may help to integrate work and parenting.
