Elder Care Consultations

Meet with staff from MIT Medical on issues of elder care and aging, or with staff in Human Resources who specialize in career and retirement planning.

The Mental Health Service Staff is available by appointment to meet with members of the MIT community on elder care issues. Appointments are scheduled in advance by calling 3-4272, and there is no charge for this service.

Career & Talent Management

MIT employees are welcome to meet individually with a career consultant to explore their professional interests, assess MIT positions for which they may be interested/qualified, research occupations, explore occupational opportunities, or make decisions about continued education. Confidential consultations are scheduled at no cost to the individual. Appointments may vary in length up to one hour. The first appointment generally involves an overall assessment of needs and a plan for accomplishing short- and long-term goals. Later topics might include career assessment, exploration, and transition.
