The Talent Development team collaborates with MIT leaders, managers, and HR professionals to build organizational capacity and ensure MIT has the ability to meet current and future talent needs. We do this through client-centered consulting services and a wide range of learning and development solutions. Our programs, services, and resources enable MIT’s Departments, Labs, and Centers to plan strategically, manage effective change, build bench strength, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
