What is Performance Development?

Performance Development is a broad term that includes performance management and employee development. It describes both managing/assessing the work that needs to be done and providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

What is the Performance Development Initiative?

HR has launched the Performance Development Initiative to help MIT become a world-class workplace by creating and implementing a set of performance development practices that are used consistently across the Institute.

Performance Development includes the following activities:
