Support Staff Peer Connection ProgramPurposeTo provide new Support Staff with an experienced colleague who can help navigate MIT during their first year (also called the "onboarding" period.) The objective is to show new Support Staff how to get things done at MIT. This program enhances existing support programs, and supports those working in more isolated areas.
