meet the TCC Linc director

Maria Menzi

"Working with children has always been my passion, from a very young age. At first, I wanted to be a pediatrician, but then I realized that my strongest interest was in child education. I believe that today's families need care that is high quality, educational, and affordable. My interest in the benefits of employer-supported child care centers is what brought me to MIT.

"At TCC Linc, we place a tremendous emphasis on creating an environment that the children will find warm, nurturing, and inviting. We want them to feel protected and safe enough to express and explore their ideas and feelings. It is important to understand that a child's play is a child's work. We serve as their guides and facilitators, helping them pursue their natural curiosity and develop their own strengths and interests."
