Welcome to Lincoln Laboratory Childcare Center

About the Center
Lincoln Laboratory Childcare Center is located in Lexington, 10 miles northwest of Cambridge, about 2 minutes from exit 30B on Route 128. Families who reside in Boston's Northwest region may find our location convenient to their home or commute.

At Lincoln (known as TCC Linc), children learn through play and hands-on activities in an environment that encourages exploration. An excellent teacher-child ratio lets teachers observe each child as an individual, and our emergent curriculum helps children develop skills and knowledge by building on their personal interests. Teachers partner closely with our diverse community of parents to bring a rich variety of cultures and experiences into the classroom.

Lincoln Laboratory Childcare Center represents a unique collaboration between MIT, Lincoln Laboratory, and Minuteman Regional High School in Lexington, MA. Located on the Minuteman campus and surrounded by woods, the center is both spacious and cozy inside, with superb indoor and outdoor playspaces.

Parent participation at Lincoln is welcomed and encouraged. Parents often visit the center for lunch, and a Parent Activity Group sponsors enrichment activities throughout the year. Parents and teachers partner to create a smooth transition for children new to Lincoln Laboratory Childcare Center and for those moving into new classrooms during the year.

Lincoln Laboratory Childcare Center has achieved the highest quality of services as determined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is NAEYC accredited.
