What is the Purpose of the Multi-Rater Assessment?
Effective leadership begins with self-awareness. The survey examines a number of competencies that contribute to leadership success at the Institute. It offers insights into how you are perceived by managers, peers and colleagues, direct reports, and “others” you specify. Through the feedback provided through your multi-rater assessment, you will hear information related to your strengths and areas for development.
The 360° survey report will be a catalyst for setting two or three specific development goals to work on during L2L and well into the future. Working with a coach, you will also structure a plan and pinpoint relevant strategies to help you achieve your goals. If you are selected as an L2L Fellow, you will receive more information about the 360° process, which begins in November.
