Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for the Treatment of Autism

MIT employees and their dependents who participate in an MIT medical plan are eligible for Coverage of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for the treatment of autism in early childhood ─ from ages 3 through 6. Learn more.

Gender Confirmation Surgery (GCS)

MIT employees and their dependents who participate in an MIT medical plan are eligible for Coverage of Gender Confirmation Surgery (GCS), also known as Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS), for the treatment of gender identity disorder. Learn more.

Fitness Reimbursement

Participants in both the MIT Medical and MIT Choice health plans are eligible to receive a health club reimbursement. For more information regarding the benefit or to obtain a fitness reimbursement form, please visit http://www.bluecrossma.com/. The form must be received (not postmarked) by Blue Cross Blue Shield on March 31st of the following year.
