If you meet

eligibility requirements, MIT offers Educational Assistance benefits
for you and your children.
The Tuition Assistance
Plan for Employees
Is available to help you obtain, maintain, and improve
the skills necessary to develop your career at MIT by providing financial
assistance for qualified courses of study at accredited universities.
The Tuition Assistance Plan may provide as much as $5,250 per year in
tuition costs for approved courses.
The Children's Scholarship
Plan for Children of Employees
Provides grants for your child to attend MIT, and in
some cases accredited universities outside of MIT.
Educational Loan for Children
of Employees
You may request a loan from MIT to help pay for your
child's higher education. This loan is available at a favorable rate.
