MIT Leader to Leader Program Wins Multiple Awards
MIT's Leader to Leader program was recognized in multiple categories of HR.com's 2016 Leadership Excellence awards.
Leader to Leader is a nationally recognized best-practice leadership development program in which participants partner with senior leaders and MIT faculty in a proactive and systematic effort to build distributed world-class leadership throughout MIT. The program received awards in four categories:
- Best Executive Coaching
This award recognizes excellence in Executive Coaching programs.
- Best Experienced/Senior Leaders Program
This award recognizes organizations that build leadership strength at the top of the organization through the continued development of its existing senior leaders.
- Best Use of Team Building
This award recognizes organizations that have deployed team building training and exercises to advance the level of cohesive leadership across the organization.
- Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs
This award recognizes innovation and creativity within an organization in the design and execution of a leadership program.
MIT Excellence Awards Program Wins Recognition
MIT's Rewards & Recognition Excellence Awards received a 2016 Recognition Professionals International (RPI) award for Best Overall Recognition Program.
RPI's Best Practice Standards Award honors organizations that implement the RPI Best Practice Standards, which are based on knowledge gained from academic literature, professional conferences, and shared experiences in developing successful recognition programs.
